  I had a horrible experience at this hospital, I was going to see a neurologist for the first time and they rescheduled without notifying me. Then also I was going to see Orthopedics then they notify me by mail that appointment is rescheduled not neurologist. Neurology clinic was not changed or rescheduled until I went for a neurology appointment they told me it was change.

  Horrible! A family member went in for tests, and one full week later we're still playing phone-tag with the nurse practitioner in regards to what the results are. There's a barrier (answering service) that you have to go through which entails leaving a message before speaking with the nurse. One representative said that if I would have returned the nurse's call an hour later, she could directly call the nurse to see if she's available to talk. However, since it's been longer than an hour, I have to go back through the process of leaving a message and waiting for another call-back. My response was, "What's the difference between returning a call 1 hour later and 4 hours later?" She replied by saying "The nurse would be busy 4 hours later." Really? I asked her, "How do you know she is too busy at this moment to talk right now," and she said, "Since it's patient hours, she HAS to be busy." The problem with that statement is, it would still be within patient hours if I would have called back an hour later. Wake up people, it's pretty bad when you can't talk directly to the people who are supposed to be helping you and taking care of your medical conditions.
